Oggi, voglio fare quest’ultima cosa proprio con te.
Voglio aiutarti ad emergere.

TIPS FOR YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH FROM GIORGIO, A YOUNGSTER AND AN OLD MAN AT THE SAME TIME
But don't worry: I won't talk to you like everyone else does.
First of all, let me tell you something: personal growth always happens.
Whether you want it or not, you always grow, continuously.
The difference lies in how aware you are of this and clearly HOW you grow.
Interestingly though, relatively recently, maybe a hundred years or so ago, people became aware of this stuff about "personal growth" and they started studying it more and talking about it (sometimes too much).
I often think about how many figures who have governed us over the centuries and millennia (and who sometimes still govern us today) have never even thought about this topic of "personal growth", but how it inevitably governed their lives and the lives of the people they impacted.
Today, however, there is a bit of an abundance on the subject and a bit of confusion.
If we think of authors like Nightingale or Jim Rohn...
...milestones like Releasing the Breaks or Live in Positive, books that today are no longer found... they have been copied (poorly) by an ocean of phantom entrepreneurs and "trainers" who publish booklets here and there.
Yes my friend, I am a little against those who write a book just because they generated 1 million or a little more. But let's not digress too much, also because I don't care.
The point is another one.
Back then, you could count on one hand the people who shared valuable concepts and teachings.
Unlike today, where everything is conveniently available with just a click.
If in the past you wanted to learn something, you had to attend seminars, discover trainings that very few knew about, etc.
In short, it was all very exciting to think about.
I wonder if this thirst for knowledge and growth will return today as well.
And if this information overload won't cause people to read more nonsense than valuable stuff.
But now, I want to give you some value👇🏼
Putting personal growth into practice in 5 tips
Tip n1:
HAVE A THIRST FOR KNOWLEDGE
Read and watch videos on YouTube.
In general, delve into and study the intricacies of this field of "personal growth" and how it can be applied to your life.
Reflect on yourself, your motivation, your fears... EVERYTHING.
There are concepts that you can't not listen to and listen to again and again.
There are life philosophies that are too "vital" to live without.
**Attention: Read historical books, like those by Marcus Aurelius for example, not those written by our 6.0 entrepreneurs of 2022, about "innovative" methods, laws, strategies, techniques, protocols, manuals and so on.
Tip n2:
FIND CONFIRMATION IN REAL LIFE OF WHAT YOU HAVE READ.
Observe, verify. Question. Judge.
It is stupid and useless to read a book and not internalize it.
Read less, it's useless to read 93849 books (think about Umberto Eco's anti-library), start with a few ones that you need and apply them in your life.
Tip n3:
PARTICIPATE IN LIVE TRAINING EVENTS.
Go physically to Anthony Robbins for 3 days, or Eker, Dispenza or Bob Proctor (if he was still here).
Go before they stop doing it.
They are pieces of history.
They are pieces of life.
Tip n4:
DO MORE THAN YOU STUDY.
Don't fall into the trap of training.
Always studying how this and that work.
How you work, how the mind works.
But you don't take action.
I call this Analysis Paralysis.
Apply like never before.
I don't know what, but do it.
Don't stand still.
Apply, apply, apply.
DO, DO, DO.
If you asked me whether it's better to train or take action, I would tell you 100% to take action.
So WORK. LEAVE THE HOUSE. DO IT.
Tip n5:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FINISH EVERY BOOK OR VIDEO THAT YOU START.
If you don't finish it, you're not doing any harm to anyone.
The author doesn't even know who you are and it's one of Pennac's 10 reader's rights.
Personal growth is yours.
Take what you need.
The important thing is that you feel like you're growing.
It's not always with a book.
Sometimes it's non-stop work.
Other times it's immersing yourself in nature.
Other times it's just learning a language.
Other times it's having crazy experiences.
Don't trivialize personal growth as "finishing a book."
Depredalo dei concetti che stai cercando e applicali subito.
Perché la crescita personale è tutto ciò che ti serve per farti emergere e per farti stare bene.
Ed è un processo complicato, incasinato, assolutamente non lineare.
È un processo roller-coaster, fatto continuamente di up and down.
È una decisione di vita.
Una nuova direzione che stai prendendo.
Quindi…
